Registration of Out-of-State Institutions

Out-of-state institutions which do not have a "presence" in New Mexico, but actively recruit students within New Mexico to attend their institution out-of-state must apply for registration.  In addition, agents actively recruiting for such an institution must be authorized by the New Mexico Higher Education Department.
