Information Technology Services (ITS)

The Information Technology Services Division (ITS) provides innovative, customer-oriented, and cost-effective information technology solutions and support. This is accomplished through application development, education-focused technology projects, systems and services enhancements, implementation and enforcement of security policies, and business continuity.

Mission

ITS's mission is to facilitate the workflow of other HED divisions and enhance the overall efficiency of the agency. Our goals are in alignment with those of the Higher Education Department and the State’s IT strategic goals.
