FY24 Mesalands Feasibility Study

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of costs associated with a feasibility study regarding Mesalands Community College (MCC) to gather community feedback, study the college’s fiscal condition and make recommendations to the interim Legislative Finance Committee on solvency measures undertaken and governance changes. The purpose of this assessment is to collect information and determine if MCC could operate as an independent community college or if it would be more feasible to operate as a branch of another existing higher education institution within the state or other alternative operating schemes.
